
1/2 cup PanaPesca® brand fully cleaned calamari rings and tentacles
1/4 cup white wine
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp minced yellow onion
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
1/8 tsp ground coriander

Bring all ingredients, except calamari, to a boil over high heat. Add the calamari, cook 45 seconds and remove from the heat. Strain and place solid ingredients in a clean glass bowl. Let cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate if desired. Serve over bed of Bibb lettuce or atop dressed, room-temperature pasta.
