5-Minute Clam Sauce



1 pack PanaPesca® Baby Clam Meat
1 pack PanaPesca® Whole Shell Baby Clams (40-60 Count)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves fresh garlic, de-germed and crushed
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 tsp each freshly chopped oregano and basil
1 1/2 cup dry white wine
3 tbs fresh parsley, chopped finely
Freshly grated parmesan cheese
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

1. Sweat shallot and garlic in olive oil. Add clam meat (with juice), whole shell clams, herbs, and wine. Simmer covered for 4 minutes, until shells open, to heat through. 2. Gently toss with cooked, drained pasta allowing sauce to penetrate pasta. Season to taste. Garnish with parsley and cheese. Serve immediately.
