
1 lb. PanaPesca Frozen Half Shell Clams (16-24 count)
1 clove garlic, de-germed and finely chopped
4 tbsp green pepper, washed, de-veined and chopped to a fine confetti
8 tbsp unsalted butter
juice of 1 lemon
6-8 tbsp dry bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 450ºF. Arrange frozen half shell clams on a long baking pan. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, render half the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and peppers, slowly cooking until softened. Add remaining butter and rest of ingredients, seasoning mix to taste. Place a dollop of approximately 1 tsp on each clam, and bake for 10 minutes, until mixture is browned and bubbly, and clams are thoroughly warmed.
