
Dutch Mussels (Gebakken Mosselen)

1/3 lb. PanaPesca® IQF Mussel Meats (even mix of 90-150 and 70-90 count)
1/4 medium onion, minced
1/2 clove garlic, de-germed, crushed
1 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp chopped, peeled, seeded plum tomatoes
generous dash Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp sugar
Sweat onion and garlic in butter until soft and translucent. Add tomato, Worcestershire sauce and sugar. Raise heat, add mussel meat and heat through.
Serve on toast points, or on a bed of lettuce with potato salad.
