1 pack thawed PanaPesca Clam Meat
Thaw in refrigerator overnight or in tap water for about an hour before cooking
1 lb cream cheese
1 14oz can artichoke hearts
1/3 cup white wine
1 lemon zested
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
Add cream cheese, wine, mustard, pepper, hot sauce, old bay and salt to a microwaveable bowl.
Microwave for a minute and stir, repeat one or two more times until smooth.
Lightly chop the clams and artichokes.
Add the chopped clams, artichokes & zest to the warmed cream cheese mixture.
Mix to incorporate.
Add to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serve with crackers, croutons, bread or vegetables.
