Yield: 3 servings

INGREDIENTS

1 package PanaPesca Whole Cleaned Cuttlefish

1/2 tsp garlic salt

3 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp pepper

Choice of fresh greens


PREPARATION

Split PanaPesca Whole Cleaned Cuttlefish bodies.

Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Grill or broil 3 minutes per side, being careful not to overcook.

Serve over salad greens.
