Quick Pasta with
Clam Meat Sauce

Yield: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

1 pack PanaPesca Clam Meat or PanaPesca Baby Clam Meat

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

1 shallot, finely chopped

2 tbsp minced garlic

1.5 cup white wine

3 tbsp finely chopped parsley

1/2 lb. cooked pasta

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp basil

Romano cheese, to garnish


PREPARATION

Sauté PanaPesca Clam Meat in olive oil, butter, shallots and garlic.

Add wine, parsley, basil and oregano.

Simmer covered for 5 minutes.

Toss with cooked pasta and sprinkle with Romano cheese.
