Whole Clams In Shell

Yield: 1 serving

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. PanaPesca Whole Clams In Shell

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp chopped garlic

1 tbsp chopped shallots

2 oz. white wine

3 oz. marinara sauce

1 tbsp fresh basil

6 oz. cooked linguine


PREPARATION

In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil, add garlic and shallots. Cook until shallots are soft.

Add PanaPesca Whole Clams In Shell and white wine.

When the shells begin to open, add marinara sauce. Bring to a boil.

Add fresh basil and toss.

Serve over cooked linguine.
