2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped shallots
2 oz. white wine
3 oz. marinara sauce
1 tbsp fresh basil
6 oz. cooked pasta
In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil. Add garlic and shallots, cooking until shallots are soft.
Add frozen mussels and white wine.
When the shells begin to open add marinara sauce. Bring to a boil.
Add basil, toss and serve over cooked pasta.
